This family friendly condo, established in 2020, is three bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a third story loft. There are two master bedrooms located on the first floor. The larger master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, private balcony and master bath with heated floors. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed also with heated bathroom floors. The third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains and TVs. The third story loft has a second seating area with a large, Roku TV. The kitchen is newly updated with everything you need to feel at home with lots of seating for everyone. This condo is open and bright with high vaulted ceilings, two decks along with a new natural gas BBQ. With two seating areas and three levels you will be able to spread out for some much needed down time. Relax in front of the cozy gas fireplace after a full day of skiing and sledding. Don't want to haul all of your beach gear, enjoy the two summer pools.

As a guest, you will have access to the Incline Village Recreation Center, which includes an indoor Olympic sized pool, sauna, tennis & pickle-ball courts, as well as fitness equipment & classes. Fees apply.
